Clubhouse Rentals

Deposit & Rental Fees

$50.00 Deposit - Due at the time the reservation is made.

$150.00 - Weekday Rental / $200.00 - Weekend/Holiday Due at the time of the reservation. Must be paid on time to guarantee confirmation of use of clubhouse. Clubhouse Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received 30 days priorfrom the date of the reservation. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the date of reservation will forfeit the rental fee.

Property owners in good standing (dues paid) can reserve the clubhouse or pavilions as per board approval (4-23-87). Family related parties only. No business, class reunions, etc. are approved. Deposits will not be refunded if proper cleanup is not done.

For those property owners who rent the clubhouse, and those clubs that use the clubhouse, it is important that you clean up after your party.  Please be considerate and completely clean up. Please don't leave anything behind such as beverage containers, unused food or drinks, or food containers.  Please be sure to empty the trash and replace the trash bags. If it is determined that you did not leave it clean, you will not receive your deposit back, and if the charge for us to clean up after you is more than your deposit, you will be billed an additional fee.  Also, clubs, you will be billed for cleanup.

This is a reminder that you must pay your dues and or balances owed to the lake before you can reserve the cluhouse or pavilions. You are not required to have received your dues packet prior to paying your annual dues.  Also we do not accept cash over $100, so please pay by check or money order.  Please contact the office beforehand if you are unsure of any money you may owe.  Dues packets will be mailed on approximately March 1. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Pavilion Rental Rates

The Fees for use of the facilities are as follows and must be paid at the time of reservation:

  • Sections A (Main Beach Pavilion) and the West Beach Pavilion - $50.00
  • Daily Sections B, C and D (Main Beach Pavilion) - $25.00 Daily Pavilion

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received 30 days priorfrom the date ofthe reservation. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the date of reservation will forfeit all rental fees.

The Main Beach pavilion is sectioned off into 5 sections. The West Beach pavilion is not sectioned off: If you reserve it, you get the whole pavilion. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. You can start reserving after you have paid your dues beginning March 1st. We will not be taking reservations July 4 or the Saturday of the July 4th events. If you would like a picnic table in any of the pavilions for either of those dates, you will need to arrive early and stake your claim to a table.
